About this role

actnano is searching for an Account Manager to assist with managing current sales and opportunity accounts and for new business development. We are looking for a communicative candidate who is proactive, passionate about moving markets and the customers they serve. This exciting opportunity spans cutting edge chemistry to the most advanced hardware designs. This candidate will work closely with our rapidly expanding customer base, and the actnano technical team, on application requirements, business cases and manufacturing implementation. High energy and developing account strategy will propel this candidate to success. While this role is challenging and fast paced, the actnano team atmosphere provides mentoring from high performance contributors & managers. Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for customers

• Deliver strong presentations to customers, collect actions and timely follow-up

• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships by visiting customers regularly

• Identify new opportunities with existing customers & business development

• Eagerness to learn new technology

• Respond quickly to customers with a ‘can-do’ focus

• Multi-task between various opportunities and systems in a fast-paced environment

• Resolve issues by investigating, consulting with other departments and/or more detailed research

• Actively listen to each customer with the goal of perfectly understanding their individualized needs & challenges

• Identify industry trends

• Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments

• Develop strategies and collaborate with team members with a focus on driving opportunities to revenue

 

 

Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive and/or automotive electronics preferred

• Account Management experience required (3+yrs)

• Sales experience required (3+ yrs)

• Education: BS or higher

• Must be able to effectively communicate in both English and Chinese

• Must be legally authorized to work in China

• Locations: Shanghai, Suzhou, Shenzhen
